The current issue of the German Human Resource Manager Magazine (April/May 2016) mentions the importance and the trend of being coached by peers. Carmen Wolf (KIT), member of the EmployID team, was interviewed on the Peer Coaching Tool currently in development by EmployID. The peer-to-peer concept is not only of interest for Public Employment Services around Europe, but also for companies that partly already implemented peer coaching into their working practices. The article written by Josephine Pabst might attract also partners from industry to collaborate with EmployID.
