Digitalization and Identity Tranformation tools and approaches from EmployID at WAPES Paris 2017

EmployID presented at the “WAPES Paris 2017 Atelier”  organized by PoleEmploi. Pablo Franzolini[Enzyme] presented the Identity Transformation concept . Also, Mr. Franzolini was one of the 3 speakers on a panel discussion about new approaches to support PES organizations innovations towards 2020 and beyond. Pablo presented a pasionate position about how we need to empower our PES practitioners with skills and tools that would enable them to move up a level their lifelong learning path with the more systemic Identity Transformation focus, enabling them to be the engine of innovation at our European PES organizations.

1st Train the Trainer workshop delivered at CES (Public Employment Service, Croatia, HZZ)

EmployID’s first train-the-trainer workshop on providing peer coaching training was held by Carmen Wolf and Pablo Franzolini from 7th to 8th March 2017 in Zagreb, Croatia. The participants were trainers, PES practitioners, HR specialists and coaches that work in different offices at CES.

The goal of the train-the-trainer workshop was to provide additional knowledge and skills of EmployID peer coaching to practitioners at CES who already participated in last year’s EmployID peer coaching kick-off workshop or the online-course or both. Another goal was to discuss and brainstorm on possible ways how to implement peer coaching process into business processes and into everyday work practice. The idea was to provide enough material and knowledge to provide further peer coaching training within CES. The workshop was a reaction on feedback from the previous workshop and online-course where some of the participants stated that they need additional knowledge and skills to provide further training into peer coaching.

EmployID multipliers workshop on peer coaching and e-coaching at ZRSZ (PES Slovenia)

On Friday, 29th of May 2015 the first multipliers workshop on peer coaching and e-coaching (online-coaching) was presented by Pablo Franzolini (ENZYME) and Carmen Wolf (KIT) to the participants of the Training Center at the ZRSZ (PES Slovenia) in Ljubljana. This was organized by EmployID members Urša Dolinar (ZRSZ), Barbara Gogala (ZSRZ), Sebastijan Primc (ZRSZ), and Gordana Kamnik (ZRSZ), Head of the Training Center. The workshop was a great opportunity for the EmployID project to gather feedback on the peer-coaching concept and to start the process of the peer-coaching concept integration into a PES organization.

After finding out, what participants expect from the workshop, there was a brief introduction into coaching- Next, the EmployID peer coaching core skills (emotional awareness, active listening, powerful questioning, powerful feedback (mirroring)) were explained and paired with exercises, practical examples, and experience reports. Peer coaching was defined and characteristics of this specific coaching setting were elucidated. The EmployID peer coaching concept was tried out on the spot in a small learning groups. A fruitful discussion on how to do coaching online and how to proceed with the cooperation followed the trail.
