EmployID at ICELW 2014/2

The EmployID Concept was presented last week at the ICELW 2014 Conference in New York City. The proceedings are now available:

The conference is dedicated specifically to workplace learning and attracts delegates from all over the world.

In our paper we address current issues PES organisations in Europe are facing and how we plan to offer facilitation support for their professional identity transformation phases. One focus of the paper is on the contextual exploration that is currently taking place in the project and how contextual challenges have to be considered for the implementation of learning facilitation processes.

Delegates presenting implementations of eLearning in other professional contexts, especially from traditional industries, encountered similar challenges.

The presentation slides are now available at Slideshare: http://www.slideshare.net/barbarak/learning-innovation-in-public-employment-services
