HdBA - University of Applied Labour Studies of the Federal Employment Agency

Since September 2006 the University of the Federal Employment Agency (HdBA) - a state-approved university of applied labour studies - offers bachelor degree courses to interested students who wish to qualify for labour market oriented professions at the locations in Mannheim and Schwerin. During their course of study, the students are in a temporary employment relationship to the Federal Employment Agency.

Alongside, the tasks of the university include further education for the employees of the Federal Employment Agency as well as research into labour market related issues.
